With an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, Pankaj's journey in IHCL began in 1993 at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. He has held various operational and leadership roles, starting from hotel operations trainee to managing restaurants, banquets, and eventually becoming the Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of the flagship Taj Mahal Palace's largest food and beverage operations. Pankaj's international experience includes being the Area Director for Taj Asia Limited and Taj Safaris Limited. He also served as the General Manager of Taj Colombo, where he oversaw operations across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Malaysia, along with managing four Taj Safari Lodges in India.
