For S.S.C. / X Pass candidates
CRAFTSMANSHIP COURSE IN FOOD PRODUCTION
  (Duration: One & half year – full time)
CRAFTSMANSHIP COURSE IN FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
  (Duration: 24 weeks full time)

Standard of Admission for both courses
S.S.C. / 10th of 10 + 2 pattern or equivalent (pass in one attempt) with English as one of the subjects in the final of the school examination.


For Graduates
Post Graduate Diploma In Accommodation Operations And Management
(Duration: One & half year - 2 Semesters) - The course relates to the Hospitality Industry with training inputs in Housekeeping and Front Office.

Standard of Admission
GRADUATE in any stream from a recognized University passed in one attempt. Candidates who appeared for Final Year Examination and awaiting results or Marks Sheet can also submit the application form.

Age
Maximum age of 25 years for P.G.Diploma in AOM course and 22 years for both Craftsmanship Course in Food Production and Food & Beverage Service as on 06 July 2009 (relaxable upto 3 years in case of SC / ST candidates). The downloaded application form duly filled in together with Registration Fee of Rs. 400/- for general and Rs. 250/- for SC / ST students by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, payable at Hyderabad should be sent on or before 06 July 2009.

Separate form is required to be submitted for each course. The Institute reserves right to postpone or cancel the announced courses for the Academic Year 2009-10.

Last date for receipt of completed application forms with Registration fee of Rs. 400/- and Rs. 250/- for SC / ST Candidates 06 July 2009
The registration fee is to be sent in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of IHMCT&AN, HYDERABAD
All eligible candidates are permitted to attend the interview
Date of interview (from 9.00 AM onwards) for Craft Food Production 09-07-2009
Date of interview (from 9.00 AM onwards) for Craft F & B Service 10-07-2009
Date of interview (from 9.00 AM onwards) for P.G.Diploma 13-07-2009
List of selected candidates will be displayed on Notice  
Board of this Institute on 14 July 2009 (2.00 PM)
Last date for payment of fee 20 July 2009
Commencement of regular classes 20 July 2009

Fee Particulars
For Craft Food Production
I term on admission : Rs.11,260/-
II term in Nov., 2009 : Rs,11,500/- = Rs. 22,760/- (subject to revision)

For Craft Food & Beverage Service
I term on admission : Rs. 5,400/-
II term in Nov., 2009 : Rs. 5,560/- = Rs. 10,960/- (subject to revision)

For P.G.Diploma in Accommodation Operation & Management
I term on admission : Rs. 8,325/-
II term in Nov., 2009 : Rs. 6,995/- = Rs.15,320/- (subject to revision)
